43 MDs representing

an optimum limit of 15 delegates. Along with the 33 They will be
encouraged to participate in the set up of
The CEO National Coaching Register, a provisional new body to
identify the group for marketing purposes. Set up plans are well advanced
and there may be an option for equity participation in the new body
NCR
will be focussed on
the provision of 1:1 coaching at MD level. The programme includes
specialised training in coaching MDs and teams in the MBI/O (Management
