US market leading business seeks four senior directors to create new board and lead European entry strategy. Candidates will have exceptional commercial reputations and will have the opportunity for bespoked additional commitments over and above the basic quarterly board meetings, assisting the UK executive board to take this well established yet new global financial services concept into UK board rooms and then into Europe. Candidates will have notable commercial reputations with at least a decade's experience in major boardrooms. They are likely to have had MD experience or serious City exposure and may be portfolio chairmen, non executive directors or full time senior executives authorised to take an additional strategic role. Preferred, but non essential, sectors include Media, (PR and journalism) Retailing, Financial services, (Building Societies, Insurance, Merchant banking, Stockmarket, Accounting) and international multi currency trading.
