Finance Director. IPO and M&A background Opportunity No 6501
An FD is
required to manage 3 impending M&A acquisitions to be followed by AIM
float. Candidates must have experience of all phases of acquisition,
integration and flotation (documentation, due diligence, deal financial
structuring and negotiations with financiers (banks and VCs), pre float
preparation, liaison with brokers, presentations to investors etc. The
position can be part time initially but will quickly grow to full time.
There is option to interim this role or to take a full time appointment
with equity that would require minimum £25k personal stake. Location
is Cheshire. The board is acquisitive and headed by well known
